Strawberry season is in full swing! Try this delicious cold cream and strawberry soup perfect for a hot summer day.
- 2 cups (500 mL) strawberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) 10% cream
- Freshly ground pepper
In blender, puree strawberries, wine and lemon juice until smooth. Add yogurt, sour cream and cream. Stir well. Pepper, to taste.
