Here's a meal idea that tastes great and doesn't cost much!

Equipment

  • Measuring cups
  • Can opener
  • 2 Pots
  • Strainer

Ingredients

  • 284 mL milk
  • 284 mL can cream of mushroom soup
  • 213 g can tuna
  • 1 cup (250 mL) dry macaroni (or other pasta)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen peas
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water.
  2. Mix milk, soup, tuna and frozen peas in separate pot.
  3. Heat, stirring often.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with tuna mixture.
  5. Season.
