Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Small bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) English cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • sprinkle of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel cucumber and dice. Put into bowl.
  2. Add yogurt to diced cucumber.
  3. Crush garlic on top.
  4. Sprinkle salt and mix.
