A refreshing crunchy salad ideal for a hot summer day
- Cutting board
- Small bowl
- Mixing spoon
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) English cucumber
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- sprinkle of salt
- Peel cucumber and dice. Put into bowl.
- Add yogurt to diced cucumber.
- Crush garlic on top.
- Sprinkle salt and mix.
