  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Blender


  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) fruit-flavoured yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) honey

The quickest breakfast beverage ever.


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend at hight speed until smooth.
  3. Serve in chilled glasses. Top with fruit if desired.
