- Measuring cups and spoons
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fruit-flavoured yogurt
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) honey
The quickest breakfast beverage ever.
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend at hight speed until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses. Top with fruit if desired.
