The greater the variety of vegetables and fruit you have at home, the more you’ll eat, especially if you put them where you can see them!

Try these tasty tips:

  • Place a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter for quick, tasty snacks. 
  • Keep cut up, ready to eat fresh veggies in the fridge for your mid-afternoon snack.
  • Offer more than one vegetable at mealtime. Fill half of your plate with veggies – the more you have on your plate, the more you’ll eat.
