According to a recently published study, adopting the following three practices can help your kids eat more veggies and fruit.

  1. Eat together.
    Children who have more family meals eat more veggies and fruit compared to children who have family meals less often.
  2. Eat your veggies and fruit.
    Children who see their parents eating and enjoying fruit and veggies will be more likely to eat them.
  3. Cut it up!
    Make fruit and veggies fun and accessible by cutting them up for your kids.
