This nutrition workshop highlights the importance of adequate calcium, protein and vitamin D intake throughout life to reduce risk for osteoporosis. You will have the opportunity to assess your diet for one or more of the nutrients related to bone health and learn about resources you can use with clients. (1-1.5 hours)
