As an adult, should I be drinking more milk?

Likely, yes. Canada’s Food Guide recommends that all Canadians age two and over (including adults) should drink 500 mL (2 cups) of milk every day. Yet recent surveys show that the overwhelming majority of adults in Canada are not meeting recommendations for milk and milk products.
