Do you know someone who works hard and plays hard? We want to recognize the athletic pursuits of your colleagues and peers. If your office has a weekend warrior or someone who's training hard for an upcoming race, you should nominate them to be Powered up by Chocolate Milk! Tell us why this person and their accomplishments should be celebrated as a Powered Up Athlete and each week we will power up a deserving athlete!

You can submit your nominations in four easy steps:

  1. Post a photo of the person you’re nominating doing a sport they love
  2. Share a story about the person you're nominating, identifying in which city and province they live 
  3. Tag the story with hashtag #pbcm
  4. Then get your friends, collegues and family to like the post on Facebook.

Each week for four weeks the post with the most likes in each of the four participating provinces BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba will get the recovery benefits of chocolate milk delivered directly to them, as well as a Running Room gift certificate, a dry-fit t-shirt, a water bottle.  Nominations start on November 11, 2013. Happy training!
