Jill grew up in Cloverdale, BC, a community surrounded by agriculture and farmland. Her career began in her family’s café and bakery business, where she developed a strong appreciation for hard work, community, and customer service. With 20+ years of experience across operations, marketing, and people-focused roles, Jill discovered her passion in Human Resources and People & Culture.

Today, she works with the Operations Team at BC Dairy as the Manager, Operations and People Services, where she is passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by working out and going on adventures with her dog, spending time with family and friends, planning events, travelling, and exploring new places.
