Last month, winners of the “Get Your Aprons Dirty” contest went over to The Dirty Apron Cooking School to learn how to cook up a festive meal. One of the dishes prepared was a Squash & Apple soup. The Dirty Apron Cooking School shared this recipe with us to enjoy over the cold holiday season. It’s easy, tastes great, and uses all local ingredients found in BC. We hope you enjoy making it as much as we enjoyed eating it.
