The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience is excited to head back to school! From September to November, the Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience will continue to bring the farm to the classroom with live milking and calf feeding demonstrations. Students will have the opportunity to learn about milk, interesting facts about cows and the dairy industry in BC while having two live cows and a calf right in front of them. The season is off to a great start with 24 schools visited already! The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience is a memorable learning experience designed for children from K-7, proving learning can be “udderly” fantastic!
The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience will also be visiting Vancouver Island from November 4th – 8th. Areas visited will include Nanaimo, Lady Smith, Duncan and Victoria, covering 11 schools in just five days. The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience Tour will give kids in the Vancouver Island region an unique opportunity to have a farm come to their school.
