The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience is visiting local day camps!
This March, the Dairy Classroom will be visiting the SFU Spring Break Camp, Marpole Community Centre, and events all across the lower mainland.
Equipped with a milking machine, the MDCE conducts live milking and calf feeding demonstrations. The objective is to give kids an opportunity to learn more about the local dairy industry in BC. As BC is becoming more urban, the process from farm to table may not always be clear. The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience helps kids make the connection between agriculture and the produce we see in the markets.
