School might be out for the summer, but the Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience is still in session.
Visiting 6 different camps and conducting over 10 presentations, things are just starting to heat up at the Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience. Equipped with a milking machine, the Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience trailer brought 2 live dairy cows and a calf to summer camps. The audience got a unique, interactive experience as our facilitator milked a dairy cow and fed a calf right before their eyes as a presenter shares all the important and interesting facts about cows and the dairy industry in BC. The Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience aims to educate children and youth about agriculture, nutrition and exactly where our milk in BC comes from.
