- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) apple, finely diced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
- 4 medium whole wheat tortillas
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices havarti cheese
- In mixing bowl, combine chicken, apple and mayonnaise.
- Top tortillas with lettuce leaves, cheese and chicken salad.
- Fold one end over about 1 inch (2.5 cm) to keep the filling in and roll up tightly.
