2 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup (250 ml) cottage cheese
1.5 cups (375 ml) milk
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
Graham crackers + whip cream (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients (except graham crackers and whip cream) into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
