  • Cheese Board or Large Serving Platter.
  • Small Bowls.
  •  Cheese Knives.
  •  Small spoons/forks.
  • Cutting board.
  • Toothpicks or Mini Skewers

Ingredients

Cheeses

  • Familiar: Sharp Cheddar (cubed or sliced)
  • Unique: Sun-Dried Tomato & Olive Paneer (cubed or sliced)
  • Creamy: Herbed Gournay-style Cheese (soft and spreadable)
  • Strong Flavors: Smoked Gouda + Jalapeno Havarti
  • Aged: White Cheddar (sliced)

Indian Accompaniments

  • Pickled Onions: Thinly sliced and pickled with vinegar, salt, and spices
  • Sweet Chutney: Mango chutney or tamarind chutney for a sweet, tangy dip
  • Chatpata Tomatoes: Cherry tomatoes tossed with chaat masala and a sprinkle of lemon juice
  • Olives: Mixed green and black olives, served in a small bowl
  • Bell Peppers: Sliced red and yellow bell peppers for crunch and color
  • Crackers or Biscuits: Small round crackers as a neutral base for the cheese
  • Spicy Roasted Peanuts: A bowl of roasted, spiced peanuts for added texture and heat

Directions

  1. Arrange each type of cheese on the board, spacing them out for easy selection.
  2. Place the pickled onions, chutney, olives, and herbed cheese in small bowls around the board.
  3. Scatter the chatpata tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, and crackers around the cheese for color and variety.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro on the tomatoes for a vibrant presentation.
