Directions

These pizza sauces are quick to make and store well in the fridge until ready to use. The option of having tomato and creamy pizza sauces is delicious! Each recipe makes enough sauce for 4 to 6 small pizzas.

Tomato pizza sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl—store covered in the fridge until ready to use.

Creamy pizza sauce

  1. Add the butter and minced garlic to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until melted and fragrant. Next, whisk in the flour until well combined.
  2. Slowly add in the milk, whisking well as you do. Once incorporated, turn the heat down to medium-low. Then, stir in the parmesan, pesto, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Once combined, remove from heat. Add additional milk if you prefer a thinner sauce.
  3. Once cooled, store in an air-tight container in the fridge until ready to use.

Once you’re ready to use the sauces, load them onto your homemade or store-bought dough, and add the toppings of your choice. Check out the gallery below for ideas for your next pie!
