If you've never tried buttermilk, this smoothie will make you an aficionado!
- Measuring cup and spoons
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) buttermilk or yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) apricot nectar
- 1 banana
- 1 or 2 ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) nutmeg
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
