If you've never tried buttermilk, this smoothie will make you an aficionado!

  • Measuring cup and spoons
  • Blender


  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) buttermilk or yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) apricot nectar
  • 1 banana
  • 1 or 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) nutmeg


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
