  • 100 g refried beans, canned
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) salsa
  • vegetables, chopped (e.g. tomato, avocado, bell peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, etc.)

Milk & Alternatives—cheddar cheese

Meat & Alternatives—refried beans


  1. Heat refried beans.
  2. Warm the tortilla and spread the beans in a line on the tortilla.
  3. Add salsa, cheese and vegetables.
  4. Roll and enjoy!
