- 1 handful of frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 carrot
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 1-in piece of cucumber
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
- splash of orange juice (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! This smoothie keeps me full until lunch and is an easy way to get one of your servings of fruits and vegetables.
