1 handful of frozen berries
1 banana
1 carrot
1 handful of spinach
1 1-in piece of cucumber
1/4 cup (60 mL) vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup (60 mL) plain yogurt
1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
splash of orange juice (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! This smoothie keeps me full until lunch and is an easy way to get one of your servings of fruits and vegetables.
Fresh mozzarella is best enjoyed, well, fresh, but can be wrapped tightly in cling film and stored up to 1 week in the refrigerator or frozen up to 3 months.
