BCDA staff share their favourite smoothie recipes
- Cutting board
- 1 whole Ataulfo mango, peeled & pitted
- 1/2 large banana
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) peach yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- Honey or agave syrup—to taste
Brighten up any day with this tropical (orange-hued) smoothie! Kristine, Marketing Communications Specialist, likes her smoothies with a variety of fruits of an orange hue.
- Put first 4 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or to your liking).
- Add honey or agave syrup to sweeten, if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
