  • Blender
  • Cutting board
  • Knife


  • 1 whole Ataulfo mango, peeled & pitted
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) peach yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk
  • Honey or agave syrup—to taste

Brighten up any day with this tropical (orange-hued) smoothie! Kristine, Marketing Communications Specialist, likes her smoothies with a variety of fruits of an orange hue. 


  1. Put first 4 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or to your liking). 
  2. Add honey or agave syrup to sweeten, if needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Try other orange-coloured fruit/vegetable combinations: cantaloupe, carrot, orange, papaya, peach, persimmon, apricot, grapefruit, quince, pumpkin, ginger, nuts/nut butter.
