Equipment

  • Medium bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cup and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) grated orange rind
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, orange rind and sugar.
  2. Whisk in the organge juice and vanilla.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.

Keeps for one week.
