A hint of vanilla adds depth to this dressing.
- Medium bowl
- Measuring cup and spoons
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, orange rind and sugar.
- Whisk in the organge juice and vanilla.
- Cover and refrigerate.
Keeps for one week.
