A refreshing South Asian beverage.
- Medium bowl
- Whisk or beater
- 3 Tall glasses
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) yogurt
- 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) iced water
- salt and pepper
- Beat yogurt to make sure it's smooth.
- Add water, gradually at first mixing well.
- Pour over ice in each glass
