This year’s forum took an in-depth look at the microbiome. We were honored to be joined by Dr. Emma Allen-Vercoe from the University of Guelph. Dr. Allen-Vercoe is an internationaly recognized microbial ecologist and a self-proclaimed “speaker of the bugs.”

The forum was presented by BC Dairy Association, a not-for-profit organization funded entirely by the dairy producers of British Columbia. BC Dairy Association has been providing innovative nutrition education programs to schools for over 30 years and resources for the community distributed by health professionals.
