Often, what we eat and when we eat it can affect how we feel throughout the day and how we react to challenges that come our way. Follow these tips to stay in positive spirits.
- Start your day with breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day! If you are not hungry early in the morning, pack something that you can have about an hour later.
