Create this creamy, decadent milk tea right at home. Add chewy tapioca pearls to top off this afternoon treat.

Tapioca Pearls (optional)

Black Tea (If using)
Steep 8 tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes and let cool. To avoid bitterness, do not over-steep your tea.
Oolong Tea (If using)
Steep 10 tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water for 4 minutes and let cool. To avoid bitterness, do not over-steep your tea.
Dilute ¾ cup granulated sugar with ¾ cup boiling water
Set aside to cool. Store in a jar with a lid until ready to use.
Bubble Milk Tea
Combine 2 cups teawith 1 ¾ cups whole milk and ¼ cup of simple syrup. Pour into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake mixture for a few seconds.
Prepare your glasses by filling each with ½ cup of pearls.
Pour your milk tea over top of the pearls and enjoy!
