This is a quick and cheap salad dressing solution.

Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Jar or sealable container

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) white sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry or prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
  • salt, to taste

For a creamier dressing, add 30 mL mayonnaise.

Instructions

1. Mix and shake all ingredients in a jar.
