Now that spring is in the air, flowers are in bloom and local foods are becoming more plentiful. Buy local grown foods to support the local community economically while reducing your carbon footprint. Plus, any chef will tell you that fresh is best! So, why not stop by your local farmers’ market for Spring’s seasonal, and locally produced, foods? Pick up asparagus, rhubarb, spinach, chives, or lingcod this spring season starting in April.
